Working to support the client so that the implementation is led and owned by client personnel, we implement staged improvements across the business, applying a structured business improvement methodology.
This structured approach ensures a sustainable outcome by engaging the right stakeholders in the journey and implementing the tracking of the right metrics to drive improvement.
Step 4
Sustain
Long after the project has been completed, we work with teams to conduct follow up maturity assessments and provide additional refresher training and coaching programs to drive the sustainability of the system.
